What Fun Finds provides

Fun Finds helps families discover places and narrow options using details such as location, age, cost, time and energy. The service is a discovery tool, not a booking agent, childcare provider or operator of the listed venues.

Check before you go

We review information before publishing it, but prices, opening times, access, facilities, weather conditions and booking rules can change. Confirm anything important directly with the venue. You remain responsible for deciding whether a place, journey and activity are suitable and safe for your family.

Using the service fairly

You must not:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• try to bypass security, access private administration tools or disrupt the service;
• submit spam, malicious code or false contact details;
• copy or extract the catalogue at scale without written permission.

Messages

Only send information you are entitled to share. A message does not guarantee a reply. We may verify reports about listings under our editorial policy before changing the catalogue.

Links and venue services

Links to venues, maps and social platforms lead to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. Fun Finds is not responsible for a venue’s products, staff, availability or conduct.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of Fun Finds. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Fun Finds is provided without a guarantee that every listing is complete, current or suitable for a particular visit.

Ownership

The Fun Finds name, interface, original copy and catalogue structure belong to Fun Finds or its licensors. Venue names, third-party content and linked material remain the property of their respective owners.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere in the UK. Questions can be sent through the contact page or to hello@funfinds.co.
